Where does Arrow have internet?
In 79 communities across Alberta, from Zama City and the Little Red River Cree Nation in the north to Piikani in the south, 55 of them First Nations and Métis Settlements. See every community or search for yours at the top of this page.
How much does Arrow internet cost?
Home plans start at $65/month and business plans at $85/month. Every plan has unlimited data with no caps and no contracts. Installation is $250 + GST, and a Wi-Fi router is $250 to buy or $10/month to rent. See home plans and business plans.
Is there a data cap or a contract?
No. Every Arrow plan has unlimited data, with no data caps, no contracts and no hidden fees.
What speeds can I get?
Fibre homes get 50 Mbps to 1 Gbps. 60 GHz wireless gives 200–400 Mbps within about 1 km of a townsite tower. 6 GHz and 3/5 GHz fixed wireless give 50–300 Mbps, and standard wireless 25–45 Mbps. Businesses can get symmetrical Active Ethernet fibre up to 1 Gbps both ways.
Arrow or Starlink?
Where Arrow has fibre, Arrow gives you more speed for the price from 200 Mbps up, with no dish and no clear view of the sky needed. Where Arrow's fibre doesn't reach, Starlink can be the better pick. See Arrow vs Starlink, side by side from each company's own prices.
How do I sign up?
Find your community at the top of this page, pick a plan and press Sign up, or go straight to the sign-up form. You can also call 1-877-701-4050. Either way, Arrow's office will be in touch to book your installation.
My community isn't listed. Can I still get service?
Call 1-877-701-4050 or send a request. Arrow keeps building out its towers and fibre, and its technicians cover far more of Alberta for IT support than its internet does today.
