These fix most problems. If they don't, call the desk and tell them what you've already tried.
- Check if it's everything or one device. If only one phone or computer is offline, restart that device and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
- Restart your router.Unplug its power for 30 seconds, plug it back in and give it 2 to 3 minutes to come back up.
- Check the outdoor unit's power. On wireless plans, the cable from your rooftop unit usually plugs into a small power adapter indoors. Make sure it's plugged in and its light is on, then unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
- Check the cables.Press each network cable firmly into place at both ends: the power adapter, the router and your computer.
- Still down? Call us.1-877-701-4050. Tell the desk your name, community, what's happening and a daytime phone number.
