For wireless, a technician mounts a small subscriber unit on your roof, under an eave or on a pole, pointed at the nearest Arrow tower, then runs an Ethernet cable into your home. Add a Wi-Fi router to share it with every device. For fibre, we connect the fibre to your home.

Which plan is available at my home?
It depends on your community and how close you are to a tower. Search for your community to see its plans, or call 1-877-701-4050 and we'll check your address.
What's the difference between fibre and fixed wireless?
Fibre runs light over glass straight to your home: the fastest, steadiest option. Fixed wireless sends the signal from an Arrow tower to a small unit on your roof, which reaches rural homes and acreages fibre doesn't. Both have unlimited data.
Do I need a router?
To share a wireless connection over Wi-Fi, yes: buy one from Arrow for $250 or rent it for $10/month. Router needs for fibre vary by community; some fibre networks have routing built in, and Clearwater County fibre includes a Wi-Fi gateway.
How much is installation?
Installation is $250 + GST. A technician mounts the wireless unit on your roof, under an eave or on a pole and runs an Ethernet cable into your home. Outdoor equipment remains Arrow's property.
Can I add a home phone?
Yes. Arrow home phone (VoIP) is $25/month with unlimited North American minutes. Add it when you sign up.
